CONCEPT 

• The concept used for the Velodrome National's building is industrialised building system (IBS) fabricated/pre-fab construction, modern method of construction (MMC) and off-site construction.

 

COMPONENTS

 

         PRECAST COLOUMN

 

o Precast column used as connection that may be located between floors at a point of contraflexure or at floor level. 

 

     PRECAST BEAM 

 

o Precast beam is the rapid solution to high quality, economical  concrete floor construction.

 

     PRECAST STAIRCASE

 

o The precast concrete staircase is designed for used in residential and commercial.

 
 PRECAST SHEAR WALL

 

o The precast concrete wall system is very important for  construction due to economical advantages.

 
  PRECAST PARAPET WALL

 

o The precast parapet wall is made by mixing a strong cement  – sand ratio.
